Terms and Conditions
• Check-in time (Arrival) 2 PM and Check-out time (Departure) 12 PM;
• Daily rate includes breakfast served between 7am and 10am;
• Reception is open 24 hours;
• Our restaurant is open every day from 12pm to 10pm;
• The bar service operates between 10 AM and 10 PM;
• Room service operates between 12 PM and 10 PM;
• We charge a 10% service fee on bar and restaurant consumption (optional payment).
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be allowed subject to availability and only on the day of your arrival or departure, however, if you wish to guarantee this service earlier, the value of one (01) day will be charged.
• One child per apartment, accompanied by parents or legal guardians, up to 5 years old, stays free when sleeping in the same bed as the guardian. From the second child up to 5 years old onwards, they will be considered a paying guest.
• We don't have extra beds.
• The amount paid to confirm the reservation will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, change, or fail to show up on the check-in date;
Cancellation upon arrival or after check-in at the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, does not entitle you to any type of refund.
• Payment is required: 50% to confirm the reservation via credit card or bank deposit. The remaining balance will be charged up to 7 days to 48 hours before check-in via credit card, or, if paid by bank deposit, the difference must be paid at check-in. 100% payment is required for reservations of R$ 2,000 or more; payment plans are available.
• We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. We do not accept checks.
• Rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We do not make changes to the reservation.
• We accept pets (dogs and cats - subject to consultation), please ask us about the rules and fees.
• We do not confirm floor availability, except for the superior category; accommodation is subject to system availability regardless of booking time.
• We offer free internet access.
• No sound equipment of any kind other than that provided by the hotel is allowed in the public areas.
• We charge a corkage fee for each product not purchased at the hotel and consumed in the common areas for guests.
