Search
We have reduced the hotel's occupancy rate to avoid overcrowding and respect the 1.5-meter social distancing rule in our facilities.
Organize
The use of a protective mask will be mandatory throughout the stay. Officials will also be provided with masks and visors.
To share
We provide hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrance and in various common areas of the hotel.
Encrypt
Upon arrival, your luggage will be sanitized, and to minimize contact, we recommend that you carry your belongings to your room yourself.
Notify
Your breakfast will be served by our waiters, by reservation, as we will have a limited number of tables. Hours: 7am to 10am.

Room service orders will be placed via WhatsApp for your convenience and greater speed, operating from 12 PM to 10 PM.

In common areas, all surfaces will undergo enhanced cleaning, which will be done even more frequently.
Organize
Use the "CLEAN UP" sign so our team can clean your room. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, use the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign.

Staff and guests will have their temperature checked daily without contact to monitor everyone's health.
Encrypt
The pool and spa can be used by appointment, after prior sanitization, and respecting a distance of 2 meters.
